Your soul is you

It's been quite the journey getting to know me. I got lost in and amongst all the other titles given to me throughout my life. It can be quite confusing when you don't know who you are.

All this misunderstanding leads to a syndrome felt by most women called the "disease to please". While we are so busy trying to please everyone else we forget the most important person in the equation...our self. 

There is no worse feeling than the loneliness that comes from not having a relationship with your soul. No human can fill that gap. It can only be filled by you. 

Your soul IS you. It's the only relationship that truly matters in life. Nourish it. Trust it. Love it. Find peace with it. <3
