You ARE enough

Limiting beliefs are the reason why we are unable to reach our fullest potential as a being. 

From birth to age six your mind is a sponge. It has no filter. Everything said or done around you and to you will form your thoughts for the rest of your life. Someone or something is influencing you to see YOUR life in a certain way. Your ego or your soul will emerge as the victor from this influence. 

If you are loved for being you, that is how you will face the world. If you are unloved for being you, that is how you will face the world. The inner child does have that much clout.

The good news is that you, and you alone, have the power to change your limiting beliefs anytime you want to. Understanding limiting beliefs is instant, changing your mind about them takes work.  

My limiting belief, having been in foster care from age one and a half to age six, was that I am not worthy of love. It took a lot of searching for my soul as an adult to understand that it wasn't exterior love that was missing from my life, it was interior love. I had to love myself in order to be loved. 

It is impossible to attain your heart's desire when deep down inside you don't feel worthy to have the desire. We unwittily self-sabotage our pure intentions with thoughts that have survived in our mind and nowhere else. 

You are enough. You've always been enough. Time to do the work to find out why you don't agree with me. <3
