Unclench that jaw

As I was doing the hard work to find my inner peace I made a discovery that was life changing for me. I unclenched my jaw and lowered my tongue from the roof of my mouth. 

This is where I hold my tension when feeling stressed. The second I feel bothered by something I now immediately check the status of my jaw. I adjust the jaw and allow myself to just "be".

Understanding the subconscious mind and how it controls our mental and emotional well-being is a very liberating moment. We all have triggers. Some we are aware of and some are buried deep within our minds. The ones buried deep are referred to as limiting beliefs that can actually stop us from living the life we desire. 

Where focus goes, energy flows...good or bad. Do good, get good. Do bad, get bad. Think good, get good. Think bad, get bad. 

Understanding what you can and cannot control is extremely hard to do. The most important thing to remember is that you can always control yourself. Master that, and you've mastered your life. <3
