The Goal

Conscious permission sounds like an easily attainable thing, but its not. 

Every day I read things that make me feel inspired and that's where it will end unless I take the inspiration to heart.

My energy growth to understand the truth about my mind, my heart, my ego, and my soul always finds me marveling at  how unaware humans truly are. Reminding myself that I too was once unconscious makes me feel gratitude that I have grown past that season.

You are energy. You embody what energy you give to your mind, your heart, your ego, and your soul. What you think, you will become...good and bad. What you feel, you will become...good and bad.

If you don't take the time to grow your mind, heart, and soul you will live a life of falsehoods that your ego staunchly protects. That's when having conscious permission comes in handy. <3
