The future is now

There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever now...this moment.

Your past and your future exist only in your mind. You are the only being that has the ability to "see" them. Because of that, you can also choose to have anxiety because of what you "see". The same way you can choose any other emotions because of what you "see".

If it's not happening in the now, it is imagined. It is literally all in your head where only you can "see" what is supposedly going on. But the reality is is that the moment you are in now is all that there ever will be. Your anxiety serves no purpose. Any other emotion you "think" you should feel, has no purpose. 

The only thing that will ever matter is how you are in this moment, because this moment...this moment....this moment...to infinity is ALL there ever is. Stay in the now. It is where you will find everything you seek. <3
