Stay Strong

You may have been told from time to time to "dig deep" when you are feeling hopeless. As far as you are concerned you have dug as deep as you can. 

Thankfully there is always another layer of "deeper" to uncover. We don't believe this because we have been conditioned to believe that we have a threshold for our being. This is untrue.

There is no cap on how "deep" one can go within oneself. It is your unwillingness to want dig down and find yourself that has to be accepted. You and only you can overcome life's obstacles. It is always all up to you. 

The next time someone says "dig deeper" trust that they believe in you and your ability to uncover another layer of your life's truth. <3
