Serendipity Coincidence God

​Serendipity: the faculty or phenomenon of finding valuable or agreeable things not sought for.

When you take the time to notice what is happening "to" you and "for" you, a realization takes place that something greater than yourself is always present. Some call it serendipity. Others call it coincidence. I call it God / Universe / Creator.

God conjures up images of a guy (He/Him/His) with a white beard sitting on a throne throwing lighting bolts at the bad people and giving bouquets of roses to His favourite people. Not true. He is energy, just like you and me. The difference being that His energy supersedes our energy to ensure the karmic balance is kept down here. 

There are no bad people and there are no good people. What there are is imperfect human beings making choices that bring them good or bad energy. Hence, getting labelled a good or bad person. When good things happen to bad people, we are annoyed that they made a decision to bring good energy to themselves. When bad things happen to good people, we are annoyed that they made a decision to bring bad energy to themselves. There is no pleasing us beings, is there?

We can't be bad all the time and we can't be good all the time and so our judgmental self wants to label a person as we see them in the moment that we see them. Most of the time they are somewhere that we can't see them. It's in those times that they are determining for themselves if they are a good or a bad person. Our very brief glimpse of them allows us to label them as such.

All things in one's life happen with purpose...good or bad. You will never be able to understand the intricacies that design a person's time on this earth. That is impossible. 

What you can do is not mess where you shouldn't be messing. Be watchful of your own life's intricacies. Live your life in a way that allows you to have serendipity moments. They are plentiful and are always right there for the taking when you shift your attention to where it belongs...finding your own soul. <3
