Now

I live a life with no regrets. This means that I've done the arduous task of forgiving myself and forgiving others. This act of love has allowed me to remain in the now. 

The past, the future, and the now are all located in one spot...your mind. For you to live a life of peace its imperative that you understand what this means.

Past is gone.
Future isn't a reality.
Now is all there ever will be.
