Now is all there ever is

There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever now...this moment. I love watching the aha moment when I see the realization of the "now" in someone's eyes. They have discovered the truth!

Your past and your future can only be found in your mind. Only you have an understanding of your past or your desires for the future. They do not exist anywhere else except in your mind. 

"The" past and "the" future do not exist except in text, pictures, museums, and remnants. The only thing that is ever a constant is your now. This moment. Nothing exists outside of this moment. Whatever you think, believe, know, trust, and understand is all in this moment.

Trying to be anywhere else except in the now brings nothing but discontent, anxiety, fear, worry, and a whole host of other negativity. Being present in the now brings peace, trust, honesty, understanding and a whole host of other positivity. 

Let the control go that you never actually had in the first place. Be aware that you are the watcher of your now. Understand fully that you have the power to fulfill your desires, but that doing so can only be done in the now. <3
