When you realize that your focus needs to remain on yourself, life gets a whole lot easier. 

Life gets complicated because we purposely invite unwanted things into our lives. We do this by instigating unnatural feelings like hate, disrespect, and a whole host of other negatives.

We aren't meant to cause hurt and pain to others. The fallout from doing this should indicate how unnatural it is to be mean. We are meant to love because we are, at our very nature, non-judgemental beings.
