Love yourself

When we share love with someone else, what we are saying to them is "I trust you with my love". In order to love yourself, you have to be able to trust yourself like you are prepared to trust someone else.

Real love for others and phony love for yourself does not get you very far. If you can't love yourself, how do you expect someone else to?

The road to loving yourself has to begin with refuting anything negative anyone ever said about you. You probably heard these things from someone who isn't in love with themselves. They have made you into them.

Your mission in life isn't to impress others. Your mission in life is to impress yourself. You do this by ignoring the roar of your ego and instead listen to what your soul whispers to you. You've heard that whisper from time to time and maybe you've ignored it. Be still. Listen. Trust. Love. <3
