Love doesn't discriminate

I've said it many times, and I will continue to say it many times, we are a species of imperfection. There is no human on earth that can claim that they are perfect. We are all imperfect beings.

Knowing this, I am always in awe of how we have the righteousness to judge imperfect beings for who they choose to love. If you have loved perfectly, then perhaps you can do this. I would hazard a guess though that no one has loved perfectly. And if you have, I would really like to meet you!

At the very core of our soul we are love. That is what our soul craves. To love and to be loved. Thankfully love doesn't discriminate like us imperfect humans do and so that means that everyone can have love regardless of who they choose to love.

You have to ask yourself, what type of person doesn't want to see people love each other? Is it the same type of person who turns a blind eye to child pornography / child sex trafficking thereby condoning its existence? Instead of trying to extinguish the love felt between two consenting imperfect people, maybe the focus should be on extinguishing the hate that someone must feel to violate an innocent child. That's where the real tragedy is.

We have it all wrong us imperfect beings. You shouldn't be spending your time telling people how not to love one another. You should be spending your time trying to understand why people hate one another. 

How people consensually love each other is none of our business. How people hate each other is all of our business, because at the end of our time here, do you want to feel love in the air or do you want to feel hate in the air? Us imperfect humans get to make that decision by focusing on what is really important when all is said and done. Love? Hate? Which one feels better to you? <3
