Let go

As beings we are notorious for carrying around "stuff" that doesn't belong to us. This is very distracting behaviour. It also causes "blockages" in our life where the good stuff is supposed to flow from.

It takes commitment to sift through one's heart and mind. It takes a willingness to let go of everything that no longer serves you. It takes faith to believe that the right things will find their way to you at the right time.

Fear of the unknown halts us from letting go of the familiar. Fear is a punishment we give to ourselves for our own mistakes. We are imperfect beings. We will make mistakes, but the beauty of life is that there is always a way forward. Understanding that brings peace. <3
