It's literally all in your mind

There can be no peace in the mind until it is understood that you are in control of what is milling around in there. By this I mean, you are the watcher of what is going on in your mind. Don't believe me?

Imagine a red car. I'm positive that everyone reading this imagined a different red car from one another. Why? Well, it's because YOU determined what the car would be. The red car exists only in your mind because you allow it to exist in your mind. 

Imagine your greatest fear in life. I'm positive that everyone reading this imagined a fear that has its own details that are different from the fears felt by someone else. Why? Well, it's because YOU determined what your fear should be. The fear exists only in your mind because you allow it to exist in your mind. 

Did you notice that the red car was forgotten about while you imagined your fear? Any thought rolling around in your mind is there because you give it permission to be there. Change your mind, change your life. Sounds fairly easy, right? Wrong!

Limiting beliefs don't just disappear. They took a long time to set up shop in your mind and it will take a long time to untangle their stronghold on your aspirations. A limiting belief is buried deeply into your subconscious mind. It was something hurtful that you learned from birth to age six that and your inner child uses to "protect" you. 

My limiting belief was that I'm not worthy. Spending time in the foster care system will do that to you. When I did the work required to remove that limiting belief, the floodgates of abundance opened for me. Abundant confidence. Abundant wisdom. Abundant self-love. Abundant clarity. And so much more!

Trust me when I tell you that it is literally ALL in your mind and it truly IS mind over matter. <3
