Happiness is a choice

"I just want to be happy!" 

You are happy, at the same time as you are unhappy. Both are a choice. It does seem to be easier to be unhappy than happy though. Effort is required to feel happiness.

It is not a cliché to say that happiness comes from within, because the truth is is that you get to decide how to make that happen. You are in control of your happiness. You are in control of any emotion that you choose. We can't control much, but we can control how we feel at any given moment!

I think having the ability to control one's emotions is more valuable than anything on earth. Mastering how you manage your life will bring happiness. It all starts from within. <3
