Goal - Action - Let Go(d)

There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever this moment. Understanding this is a profound aha revelation that every human being needs to accept. 

I fully and completely understand this urgency we feel as imperfect beings to "control" the future...to control our outcome. This is impossible to do and will cause unnecessary stress. 

What I know for sure is that the only thing that is real is this moment....this moment...this moment...get it? The past is in your head, the future is in your head, and the only thing that is attainable is this moment, which is all there ever will be. 

Formula for a peaceful life: 
Set a goal - do what you can to action the goal - let the goal go for God, Creator, Universe, Higher Power to fill in the gaps. 
Intention-Attention-Surrender
Feel-Do-Trust

Most importantly, have patience. Don't go messing where you shouldn't be messing. Many variables have to line up in order for you to receive your desires. Nobody gets instant results. Go on living in each moment trusting that everything works out exactly as its supposed to...not always what you envisioned, but right nonetheless. <3
