Four basics of life

The four basics of life:
1. Do for others as you want them to do for you.
2. If you have gossip to share, say it to the victim first.
3. You do you and I'll do me.
4. Karma always comes around.

Every single human being has wished that someone didn't succeed. Yes, that includes you. Deny it or not, you know it is true. 

It's bothersome for us to see someone else achieving their goals/dreams while we remain stagnant. Our misery very much wants company, so we do and say things that aren't appreciated by the recipient. 

The need to tear others down gives a short term feeling of satisfaction, but it is always followed up with a healthy dose of karma. You cannot treat others poorly and not expect it to come back around to you. Which is probably why you remain stagnant in the first place. 

If it irks you that others are progressing and you are not, you really need to check in with yourself. You need to accept that the only reason you remain still is because you CHOOSE to remain still. Everything in life starts and ends with you. You determine your successes and failures. You, and only you. Full stop. <3
