Fear is an illusion

There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever now. We would save ourselves so much stress if we trusted that our mind is a very powerful thing. 

Your mind is the control centre for your entire existence. Everything "exists" for you because you want it to exist...good or bad. You are that powerful!

Are you in a loveless relationship? You are there because you choose to be there. Are you unhappy with your job? You are there because you choose to be there. Everything that is taking place in your life right now is there because you choose to have it there...good or bad.

You can change your life with a simple shift in your mind. You can choose to be other than you are right now. You are that powerful. 

Fear keeps you from changing. And fear, like everything else, exists because you want it to exist. It's an imagined thing that is made up to deter you from choosing something different. Fear is all in your mind, and your mind is under your control. <3
