Cultivate love

My heart goes out to those who force themselves to live in misery. I say forced because we cannot do anything to ourselves without our own permission. To harbour hard feelings is because you choose to harbour hard feelings. As easily as you hold on to them, you can also release them.

The reason my heart goes out to people who choose to live like this is because I know it is not a natural way of being. We are actually here to love, not hate. Understanding this removes a whole pile of junk from one's life that has been taking up the space reserved for love. 

If you have junk that is yours to own, deal with it. If you have junk that is not yours to own, get rid of it. Make space in your life for how you are genuinely supposed to feel towards your fellow beings. Make space for love. <3
