Change is always good

Pick a path using pure intentions, and stay the course. 

It's easy to say that one's life isn't going the way we want because of people or circumstances. Looking outward for reasons to deny the yearning of your soul will only ever lead to discontentment. 

I've taken my healing journey seriously. I used to think that I had no control over my life, but I've come to realize that my choices dictate my life. Having said that, all of my choices can be modified, remedied, or changed at anytime that I choose. It is our fears and limiting beliefs that contribute to us being stuck in old patterns of behaviour. 

What does it mean to be fearless? Is there any such thing? I think to be fearless is to do things you know you should be doing with less fear. It's knowing that if you are making choices with pure intentions, you have nothing to fear. 

Don't be afraid of change, be afraid of never changing to find out the "what if" that you hold in your heart. <3
