Of all the things we struggle with in our lifetime, the hardest is figuring out who we are supposed to be. This struggle is due mainly to our incessant need to please others. We are conditioned to look outwards instead of looking inwards.

From birth to six years old are the most important years of our life. Whatever was said or done to us in those six years will become our subconscious and will shape our adulthood. A lot of healing work done as an adult is the task of connecting with our inner child...our subconscious mind. 

Your character can be changed at anytime from good to bad or bad to good and is propelled by your limiting beliefs. The cause for your limiting beliefs are rooted in your subconscious mind and gives you your opinion of the world. 

It takes a lot of strength to do the work required to face your subconscious mind and all of its secrets. It's every person's opportunity to figure out who they are and why they are here. Are you willing to do the work? <3
