Aware of awareness

Recognizing that I am the watcher of my thoughts was a life changing moment for me. It answered so many questions I had about souls and higher powers.

We aren't just "here" for no particular reason. Every soul that has inhabited earth has had a purpose for being in existence. And that means EVERY soul...good, bad, or indifferent. 

Take a moment and latch on to one of the many thoughts swirling around in your mind. When you have one, ask yourself how you are able to see that thought and all the others that come after that one. Ask yourself why you can see the thought while thinking about thinking about the thought. 

A whole other understanding opens up for you when you recognize that you are much more than the thoughts in your mind. Peace descends on your life when you realize that you are not the thoughts in your head. 

Fear keeps us from delving into the truth. Don't be afraid. Seek answers. You will not be disappointed. <3
