​My biggest aha moment was realizing that I am the watcher of my mind. I can see everything that my mind conjures up. I have the power to shift or move things around in my mind if I want to. I can do this because I am my soul. I am what gives flesh and bone its life. I am a powerful being. Most important of all, I am to use my being for good. We all are. <3
