Many resolutions are made on this day with the full intention of following through. Disappointment will follow these ill fitted attempts at being someone other than you are in the moment.

Ask yourself why you want to change. Is it for you or for someone else's benefit? If its for someone else, you will fail. You will never receive the accolades you want from someone else for trying to be "perfect" in their eyes. 

The ONLY person you will ever need to impress for the entirety of your life is you. If you want to change something about yourself, do it because you know you are doing it for you. The outcomes will be successful if you are true to yourself. 

Love yourself as much as you think you love the person you are trying to impress. Start there and see what can happen. <3
