You're in charge

It took a lot of inner work for me to realize that the me I thought I was, wasn't really me. It was a me that was given to me by people who didn't know themselves. I was the recipient of their faults. I became them.

Thankfully I had my aha moment about this early on in my life and was able to make amends with myself. I removed anything that did not belong to me and replaced it with things that I wanted to be. I became who I wanted to be.

What I know for sure:
Self-control is strength
Right thought is mastery
Calmness is power

I hope you have your own aha moment. I hope you get rid of what is not yours to own. I hope you replace it with all that you want to be. <3
