Unplug Yourself

Remember when we used to get a time out as a kid? Well, I think there are plenty of adults who can do with a self imposed time out to get themselves under control.

For some reason we think because we are an adult we have gained permission to meltdown with no consequences for our actions. There are always consequences (and rewards) for every decision we make. 

Instead of splattering everyone around you with your unresolved stuff, maybe take a time out and pull yourself together. Figure out why you thinks its okay to not be okay, and then do something about it. You, and everyone you know, will be better for it. <3
