Time

There is no past. There is no future. There is only ever this moment. 

We use a clock and a calendar to keep track of time. How did “they” know what time started at and what day of the week it was? How can you be sure we’re on the right time and day? Maybe there is no such thing as time. Maybe all there will ever be is the moment you are in right now. 

Your past and future are nowhere except in your mind. Understanding this will allow you to accept the now as all there is and all there ever will be. Now you have the freedom to just be. <3
