There is a solution

There is a solution to every problem. Unfortunately our frustration towards the problem can sometimes overshadow the solution that is right there in front of us.

We get so focused on the woe is me troubles that finding a solution becomes lost. So, I guess the barrier to overcoming anything in one's life is one's self. (Read that again).

You hold the control as to how you react to any situation in your life. If you react with anything but calmness, your issue will persist. If you react with right thought, your issue will be resolved. 

As James Allen shares in his book "As A Man Thinketh":

Right thought is mastery.
Calmness is power.
