Stay in your lane

I'm not a runner. It always seemed odd to me to see people running for no reason. I recognize that the reason they do this is for  their health, but running with nothing chasing you seems unnecessary in my mind.

But it matters little what I think about running as an exercise. They are running their own race. They are staying in their own lane. They are doing what is right for them to manage this thing we call life. And so should you.

Don't look to your left, don't look to your right, and don't look behind you. Look to the front of you. Stay focused there. Stay in your lane. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. <3
