We've been taught to make things a lot more complicated than is necessary. We've been taught that when you make a decision you need to stick with it. We've been taught so many things by other confused beings just like us that we need to let go of.

Your peace of mind is the most important thing you will ever own. If you don't have peace in your mind, you have some work to do to get it there. It isn't an easy journey and is called "work" for a reason. You will have to revisit everything you've ever been taught and determine what is yours to keep and what needs to go.
