Seven Chakras

Unless you walk the path of the dark side, you will notice that all faiths that are in the light teach you to love something bigger than yourself. Call it what you will, but it teaches you to love others as you are to love yourself. 

Love for other beings must start with having love for yourself. If someone has taken that ability from you, please take time now to rebuild this necessary part of your life.
