I use this phrase a lot: Where your focus goes, your energy flows. This means both good and bad energy.

When you invite negativity into your life and you harbour it there, that is what will continue to come your way.

When you invite positivity into your life and you harbour it there, that is what will continue to come your way.

Common denominator: You! It is your choices and your choices alone that direct your life. If you focus on good, you get good. If you focus on bad, you get bad. It's all up to you. Always has been and always will be. <3
