How others perceive you is none of your business. It does not matter one iota what others think of you. Zero importance.

How you react to the unimportance of how others perceive you is your business. It matters a whole lot what you think about yourself. Mega importance.

No one is thinking about you unless they make themselves think about you or you connect with them in some way. The same way you don't think about anyone else unless you make yourself or you connect with them in some way.

If someone has you on their mind, for whatever reason, that is on them and has nothing to do with you. If you have someone on your mind, for whatever reason, that is on you and has nothing to do with them.

Are you getting it? You are not top of mind for anyone and there is no one top of mind with you. The only way that either/or can happen is through random thoughts or purposeful connection. Knowing this, you should now be able to live life freely and peacefully. <3
