Peace is attainable

For us to get to outer peace we must first address the turmoil that is on the inside. 

Someone taught someone taught someone taught someone...to hate. Had the someone doing the hating in the first place been taught to love instead, we'd have a whole lot less misunderstandings in the world.

It takes an immense amount of energy to hate someone or something. Your first thoughts in the morning have to be to put yourself into a negative state. Then you have to keep your thoughts focused on the negativity in order to remain there. Think of it like this, when you die, your hate dies with you. On the flip side, when you die, your love dies with you. 

You get to choose to love or to hate in this world. I hope you choose to love. <3
