No regrets

We don't take chances because we are fearful. 

Fear isn't real. It's imagined. You can change how you feel about anything at any time. All it takes is awareness. 

When you come to understand that you are the watcher of what goes on in your mind, your life changes for the better. Being the watcher of your mind allows you to keep what you want and toss away anything that isn't working for you.

For example: Let's say you really want to apply for your dream job. But your mind starts telling you all kinds of reasons why you aren't good enough for the dream job. So, out of fear of rejection, you don't apply and live with the "what ifs" until your soul passes on. 

The thing that tripped you up was listening to your mind. Don't do that. It's always going to give you negative thoughts. Be you...the watcher of the voice in your head. Shush the voice and listen to what your soul wants...to what your heart wants.
