Never assume

One of the oddest things we do as humans is assume. We allow the voice in our head to shape an outcome. What we fail to realize is that the voice doesn't know all there is to know.

If you are an aware being you will have noticed that there is a non stop voice inside your head. The fact that you know the voice is there shows that you are the "watcher" of the voice inside your head. The benefit of knowing this is that you can hush the voice anytime you want. (Trippy, eh?)

The voice is your ego and is what gives you unnecessary stress and the impulse to make bad decisions. It's up to you to recognize this and ignore the voice so you can instead trust your intuitive self. It's the quieter side of you that requires you to listen intently.
