Assumption is your ego talking. Ego rarely has anything good to say about life. It likes to stoke fear in order to keep you on edge.

Well, you must first recognize that your soul is the watcher of your ego. Your soul has the power to silence your ego anytime it wants. How can it do this? By you being aware, that you are aware of your ego and your soul.
