Mindset

As an adult, everything that is happening in your life is there because you want it to be that way...good and bad.

You hold THE power to change your mind anytime you want to. No one has control over you unless you give them that control. You can leave misery behind anytime you want to. 

The reason you won't though is because you live with fear. You've been led to believe that you can't have the life you want. You are stuck in your limiting beliefs.

That can all change in a heartbeat by you trusting in yourself. You hold the power. Always have. Always will. <3
