Love

When you remove judgement from your life, you are able to love freely. Unfortunately, we are a species that is extremely hard on one another, which in turn makes us hard on ourselves. 

Why do we feel the need to judge? What human(s) have that much power that they can make us hate one another? No, hate doesn't come from a higher power. At birth we didnt know how to hate or love...another human had to teach us that. 

So, why do we hate? Why can't we feel love all the time? Maybe, start with yourself. How do you feel about yourself? Change your negatives into positives and then you can do the same with others. You can feel love. <3
