Keep it Simple

Life is not as complicated as we like to make it out to be. It is possible to live a life without a whole pile of unnecessary drama. For this to happen you need to live in the now and not in your mind.

Your mind will manipulate you to stay in the past and fret about the future. Neither the past nor the future exists. You will only ever have this moment, this now.

So, you should ask the universe for what you want and trust that it will happen if you don't go messing where you shouldn't be messing. (wishbone) You should seek who you are in the now, because no other time really matters. And then stand up for who you know you are. (backbone) You should find laughter and use it  to make yourself and others happy throughout the day. (funny bone).
