Just Breathe

All the way up to around the age of 30, I thought I was weird. I kind of "knew" stuff that I didn't think anyone else knew. It was an understanding I had that I was to remain a "good" person regardless of my life's circumstances. I was to keep my intentions pure and not become cynical about the world in which I lived.

As I become more enlightened and can see that there are others like me I don't feel weird anymore, I feel understood. 

One of the most important life lesson's for me is to just breathe. When you focus on your breathing you are remaining in the now. You are in the only moment that will ever exist for you. There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever now, this moment, that is it.  

Just breathe. Stay present. Do all things with pure intentions. Live life in the now. <3
