It's your ego

Do this for me. Stop for a moment and listen to what your mind is doing. 

Did you hear it? The voice? If you heard it you are now aware. You are now the observer of the voice in your head. You are not the voice, your ego is the voice. You are not your ego, you are the observer of your ego.

Chances are you typically listen to the voice in your head that is dictating your next moves in life. That voice is for the most part wrong in its decision making. Why? Because the decisions are self-centered and not made for your wholistic self.

When you become aware of this fact, life gets a whole lot simpler. Instead of the voice, you will come to trust your intuitive self emphatically. This takes work and time on your part, but it is so worth it in the long run. <3
