It’s a new day

I’m a morning person. I can’t wait to get up and get going on the day. I love when I have light from the sun coming in my window at 5:00 a.m.  It’s nature’s way of giving me permission to be up with the birds. 

I have zero expectations for what the day will bring. I’ve learned that it’s futile to second guess what the universe has in store for me. It’s easier to go with the flow and trust that without my meddling, all will be well. Nothing good comes from forcing something that is not meant to be. 

Taking each new day as it arrives as the gift it’s meant to be has provided me with a peace that I never want to lose. <3
