I'm my enemy

Every emotion you feel is because your mind manufactures it. Nothing happens in your mind without your permission. 

Now, your subconscious, is a whole other story. You don't have easy access to your subconsious as you do your mind. In the subconsious is where things are stored that your mind has forgotten. It is these forgotten things that compel us to make not so good decisions sometimes. 

But, back to your mind. You have the ability to see and hear what you are manufacturing in your mind. There is no boogy man under the bed. That is a fact. However, your mind will force you to believe that to the point of creating genuine fear. You created the fear and you can end the fear. This is true about all things in life. Create no problems and create no pain. <3
