I am

There is no past and there is no future, there is only ever now, this moment.

My past can only be found in my mind. No one else can see it except me. Because this is the truth, I can let my past go and just live in the now. 

My future can only be found in my mind. No one else can see it except me. Because this is the truth, I can live in the now without worry of the future.

While I'm living in the now I can focus on what is really important in life which is to love and accept myself for the being I am and the being I want to be. Nothing else truly matters when all is said and done. <3
