Heal Yourself First

Everything we feel, we feel because we want to. You may think that other beings cause you to have feelings, but this is false. You are the master of your mind. You get to tell it what it needs to do. 

if you don’t learn how to be the master of your mind, you will always be at the mercy of others beings. You will not heal your mind which can only do what you tell it to do.

When you recognize the power of your mind and all its capabilities, there is no going back. It is pure joy when you understand that you can have freedom from your thoughts. <3
