Happy Place

Who, what, where, how, why is your happy place? Mine is the mountains. They feel wise to me. Like a place I'd want to spend a good amount of my time.

Everyone needs a visual of a safe place that they can conjure up in times of need. Hold that picture in your mind and count to 10 slowly. What you should accomplish by doing this is to remain in the now. 

Now is all there ever will be. There is no past and there is no future, there is only now, this moment. Trying to live in any other time will only bring unnecessary stress and frustration. 

Find your happy place in your mind and use it often. <3
