You choose your reaction to any given situation that you find yourself in. There are all kinds of reasons why you may choose your mood, but ultimately, you are responsible for your mood.

We look to external reasons as to why we feel a certain way. Those external reasons can influence you, but you have control over how you feel regardless of the reasons.

Angry at your spouse? You are choosing to feel that way.
Unhappy at work? You are choosing to feel that way.
Dislike what you see in the mirror? You are choosing to feel that way.
