Get Still

One of the hardest things for me to accept as an adult has been to allow myself to rest. So many quips were said to me in my youth, but I remember "idle hands are the devils playground" very well. In other words, to rest is a not good thing.

Thankfully I trust in my intuitive self and have learned how to listen. Not listen to others, but listen to myself. The wisdom that each of us holds is immeasurable. Learning how to hear it is a blessing. Earning the way to hearing takes faith in whatever it is out there that you recognize as bigger than yourself.

Get still. Trust. Listen. Be. <3
