Fear is made up

Anything you are afraid of is there because you put it there. Fear is fake. It's a made up thing and can only be found in your mind.

Fear grows because you feed it. When you let your fears go you will find peace. It is truly that simple. 

We create fear when we invite fear into our lives. For example: the notorious boogy man under the bed. There is no boogy man under the bed. Never has been and never will be. Your mind created it and your mind can let it go too. This applies to all things that you fear. Your mind created it and your mind can let it go. Yes, it is that simple.
